2.  New players are welcome, current league members get preference initially
3. Priority only applies during the pre-booking period, not last-minute registrations

Refund Policy:

1. If you purchase a kit and we have no capacity to, a full refunds is issued
2. If any participant cancels his/her presence, a refund is given as store credit only
